Free Service: This Platform is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees, hidden costs, or premium tiers.

  • Company names and identifying information are never publicly disclosed

  • The Platform does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice

  • We make no guarantees about achieving DPP compliance based on our recommendations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
